中国专利 ZL98226976.5也公开了一种三卡锁具, 偏心轮偏心部分为传统 的圆形结构。 偏心轮驱动簧片前后运动和防止偏心轮旋转超过 180° 两功能, 均由圆形偏心轮完成。 当顺时针旋转偏心轮时, 偏心轮与簧片长圆孔配合推 动簧片向后移动, 当转过 180° 时, 偏心轮靠紧三卡簧片长圆孔侧面, 防止偏 心轮旋转超过 180° 。 该结构存在的不足是: a由于偏心轮偏心部分为传统的

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足, 而提供一种锁 紧时止位力臂大, 防止因侧向力大造成锁壳幵裂锁头失效的三卡锁具。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明釆用如下技术方案: 包括锁壳、 三卡簧片 以及偏心轮, 所述的三卡簧片设置在锁壳内, 在三卡簧片上设置有与偏心轮 配合的孔, 三卡簧片通过设置在孔内的偏心轮的转动而前后运动, 在锁壳上 还设置有一支撑三卡簧片的支撑凸台, 所述的偏心轮为扇形偏心轮, 所述的 孔为与扇形偏心轮相适配的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔。
所述的支撑凸台的内端面为一斜面, 并以三卡簧片伸出方向为正方向倾 斜向上。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
1、 改进后的三卡锁, 当偏心轮顺时针旋转 180° 锁紧型材时, 扇形偏心 轮侧面靠紧三卡簧片半圆孔另一矩形端的直线边, 此时止位力臂大于传统的 圆形偏心轮和带止位凸台的偏心轮的同类型锁具, 有效提高了抵抗侧止位力 矩的能力。 由于止位力臂增大的同时也增大了自锁角, 在松开偏心轮旋转超 过 180° 时,不会产生自锁现象,导致偏心轮按不下去,使锁具拆装更加方便。
2、 锁壳后尾簧片导向支撑凸台, 由直边改为斜边后, 当由于操作不当等 原因造成簧片下移时, 簧片可沿斜边回位, 保证了工作的可靠性, 同时增加 了锁壳的强度。 附图说明

下面结合附图, 对本发明作详细说明, 如图 1所示, 它主要由锁壳 1、三 卡簧片 2和扇形偏心轮 3组成, 锁壳 1为整体空心结构, 前部设有与型材槽 口定位的凸耳 4及簧片导向凸台 5,后部设有扇形偏心轮 3安装孔 6和带斜面 的簧片支撑凸台 7, 见图 2、 图 3 。三卡簧片 2前部开有对称的宽度不等的两 条槽 8将簧片分成三部分, 两边向上弯 180° 为正脚 9, 中间向下弯 180° 为 反脚 10, 三卡簧片 2中部有一向下倾斜小撑脚 11 , 三卡簧片 2后部是与扇形 偏心轮 3配合的由矩形和圆形叠加形成的半圆形孔 12, 见图 4、 图 5。偏心轮 顶部有梅花扳手孔 13,上部圆柱段 14与下部圆柱段 15同心并与锁壳 1配合, 中间为与三卡簧片 2半圆孔 12配合的扇形偏心轮 16, 扇形偏心轮 16的偏心 距为 h, 扇形偏心轮 16的圆弧所对应的玄长可以小于上部圆柱段 14的直径,

当偏心轮顺时针旋转 180° 锁紧型材时,扇形偏心轮 3侧面靠紧三卡簧片 半圆孔 12直线边, 见图五, 此时止位力臂 n大于传统的圆形偏心轮和带止位 凸台的偏心轮的同类型锁具, 有效提高了抵抗侧止位力矩的能力。 由于止位 力臂增大的同时也增大了自锁角 a, 在松开偏心轮旋转超过 180° 时, 不会产 生自锁现象, 导致偏心轮按不下去, 使锁具拆装更加方便。
