Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif racleur destiné à doser et/ou égaliser un fluide d'application (7) liquide à pâteux, appliqué sur un élément de transfert (2). L'élément de transfert (2), par exemple un cylindre applicateur (3) ou une bande continue, transfère le fluide d'application (7) vers une bande de papier, de carton ou d'un autre matériau fibreux (10), tangente à l'élément de transfert, présentant un lit de racleur (5) serré dans un logement (4), pourvu d'une rainure (5.3) dans laquelle une tige de racleur cylindrique, rotative (6), est logée. Le lit de racleur, et donc la tige de racleur (6), sont appuyés ou comprimés contre l'élément de transfert (2). Selon l'invention, un dispositif de vaporisation (11) est prévu pour diriger des jets de vapeur (12) de façon sélective, sur la périphérique extérieure (6.1) de la tige de racleur (6) ou sur le côté supérieur (5.6) du lit de racleur (5), de manière à éviter des projections (8) provenant de la tige et des dépôts (9) du fluide d'application (7) sur le lit de racleur (5).
