Abstract

(1)側鎖に脂環式(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する(メタ)アクリル共重合体、及び、(メタ)アクリロイル基を0.001~0.20eq/g有し、且つ、酸価が10~150である共重合体から選択される少なくとも1種のアルカリ可溶性樹脂、(2)光重合開始剤、(3)ウレタン、アミド、及びウレアから選択される部分構造と、エチレン性不飽和二重結合と、を有する重合性モノマー又はオリゴマー、及び(4)着色剤を含有するカラーフィルタ用着色硬化性組成物及び(a)着色剤、(b)エチレン性不飽和二重結合を少なくとも1個有する化合物、(c)側鎖に脂環式(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する(メタ)アクリル共重合体を含むバインダー樹脂、(d)光重合開始剤、及び、(e)エチレン性不飽和二重結合を少なくとも1個有し、分子内にウレタン、アミド、及びウレアから選択される部分構造を有する化合物を含む着色硬化性樹脂組成物が提供される。
