Abstract

固形潤滑剤の使用が困難であった圧縮・屈曲などの外部応力の働く場所においても使用可能な発泡固形潤滑剤、自在継手およびそれらの製造方法、発泡固形潤滑剤封入軸受、機械要素部品および潤滑システムを提供する。潤滑成分と、分子内にイソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーと、硬化剤と、発泡剤とを含む混合物を発泡・硬化させてなる発泡固形潤滑剤であって、上記潤滑成分は潤滑油および/またはグリースから選ばれた少なくとも1つの潤滑成分であり、上記ウレタンプレポリマーはイソシアネート基含有量が 2 重量%以上 6 重量%未満であり、上記発泡剤が水であり、上記混合物は、混合物全体に対して、上記潤滑成分を 30~70 重量%含み、発泡後の連続気泡率が 50 %以上であり、自在継手の一例として等速ジョイント1はトルク伝達部材(ボール)6の周囲に発泡固形潤滑剤10を封入してなる。
