Abstract

　スチームを発生するスチーム発生装置４と、スチーム発生装置４により発生したスチームを微細化する微細装置６と、スチーム発生装置４を停止した後も、所定の時間、微細装置６によりスチームを微細化するよう駆動制御する制御部８とを備え、スチームの発生終了後において、不用意に吐出口に身体を近づけた場合でも熱さを感じず、違和感も無いことを特徴とする。
