Abstract

 操作者に対する電気的安全性を向上させることを可能とする超音波探触子及び超音波診断装置を提供する。  超音波探触子2は、実装基盤43と筐体部25との間に絶縁部62を備える。超音波探触子2の内部装置からの漏電が防止されるので、操作者に対する超音波探触子2の電気的安全性を向上させることができる。また、cMUTチップ20の超音波放射側に導電膜61が設けられ、絶縁部材62に沿って導電部材63が設けられる。導電膜61と導電部材63とは導電部材64によって接続される。導電膜61及び導電部材63及びグランドに接続される同軸ケーブル55によりグランド電位の閉空間が形成される。超音波探触子2の主要構成要素や本体回路は、グランド電位の閉空間に内包されるので外部と電気的に遮蔽される。
