Claims (13)
- 超音波トランスデューサの放射面に面する内面を有する、超音波プローブに対する音響レンズの部品であって、前記内面が、超音波の反射を散乱する複数の突起部及び/又は凹部を有し、前記内面の少なくとも一部が、分離層により覆われる、部品。
- 超音波を発生する放射面を持つ超音波トランスデューサと、
請求項1に記載の部品を持つ音響レンズと、
を有する超音波プローブ。 - 前記音響レンズが、前記分離層及び前記第1の部品を前記超音波トランスデューサと結合する結合層を有する、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記突起部及び/又は凹部が、前記内面の断面図において考慮される場合に周期的構造を形成する、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記突起部及び/又は凹部が、前記内面の断面図において考慮される場合に非周期的構造を形成する、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記突起部及び/又は凹部が、前記内面の断面図において考慮される場合に不規則な構造を形成する、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記複数の突起部及び/又は凹部の少なくとも1つの突起部及び/又は凹部が、前記内面の断面図において三角形構造を持つ、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記複数の突起部及び/又は凹部の少なくとも1つの突起部及び/又は凹部が、ピラミッド形構造を持つ、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記複数の突起部及び/又は凹部の少なくとも1つの突起部及び/又は凹部が、約100μmの高さを持つ、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記内面の少なくとも一部が、前記放射面に対して空間的に傾けられる、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の部品が、シリコンゴムで作られる、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記分離層が、パリレンで作られる、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記結合層が、シリコンゴムで作られる、請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
