Claims (13)
- 超音波装置であって、
変換器配置と、
前記変換器配置の上部の音響透過性窓であって、エラストマー材料内に分散された導電性粒子を有するエラストマー層を有し、前記エラストマー層は、感圧導電性を有する、音響透過性窓と、
前記エラストマー層に結合され、前記感圧導電性の測定が可能となるように適合された電極配置と、
前記音響透過性窓に向かって、前記変換器配置を付勢する第1の電気活性材料アクチュエータと、
前記測定された感圧導電性に応じて、前記第1の電気活性材料アクチュエータを制御する制御器と、
を有する、超音波装置。 - 前記エラストマー層は、当該超音波装置により生じる超音波に暴露される身体の音響インピーダンス、および/または前記変換器配置の音響インピーダンスに整合された音響インピーダンスを有する、請求項1に記載の超音波装置。
- 前記エラストマー層の前記音響インピーダンスは、1.3〜3.0MRaylの範囲であり、好ましくは、前記音響インピーダンスは、1.3〜1.9MRaylの範囲である、請求項2に記載の超音波装置。
- 前記変換器配置は、超音波に暴露される身体に、最小波長を有する超音波を生じるように適合され、
前記導電性粒子は、前記最小波長の10%未満の最大直径を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の超音波装置。 - 前記エラストマー層は、ポリオレフィン、ジエンポリマー、ポリシロキサン、コポリマー、もしくはポリオレフィン、ジエンポリマー、もしくはポリシロキサンを有するブロックコポリマー、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の超音波装置。
- 前記導電性粒子は、炭素粒子、炭素複合体粒子、セラミック粒子、金属粒子、金属合金粒子、複合金属粒子、および導電性金属酸化物粒子の少なくとも一つを有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の超音波装置。
- 前記エラストマー層内の前記導電性粒子の体積は、前記エラストマー層の全体積に対する体積比で、少なくとも15%である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の超音波装置。
- 前記エラストマー層は、前記電極配置の間に設置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の超音波装置。
- 前記電極配置は、前記エラストマー層の個々の部分の前記感圧導電性を測定するように配置された、電極マトリクスを有する、請求項8に記載の超音波装置。
