Abstract

　本発明のＯＮＵは、内蔵する構成部を少なくとも２枚の基板モジュールに分けて配置する構成としている。（ａ）第１の基板モジュールにＬ２層とＬ１層の構成部の一部を配置し、第２の基板モジュールにＬ１層の残りの構成部を配置、（ｂ）第１の基板モジュールと第２の基板モジュールにＬ１層とＬ２層の構成部をそれぞれ分けて配置、（ｃ）第１の基板モジュールと第２の基板モジュールにそれぞれＬ２層とＬ１層の構成部を配置、の各形態がある。
