Abstract

 炭素含有層とアルミニウム材との間の密着性を長期間にわたって維持することが可能な炭素被覆アルミニウム材とその製造方法を提供する。炭素被覆アルミニウム材は、アルミニウム箔(1)と炭素含有層(2)と介在層(3)とを備える。介在層(3)は、アルミニウム箔(1)の表面の少なくとも一部の領域に形成された、アルミニウムの炭化物を含む第1の表面部分(3)を含む。炭素含有層(2)は、第1の表面部分(3)から外側に向かって延びるように形成された第2の表面部分(21)を含む。炭素含有層(2)は炭素含有粒子(22)をさらに含む。第2の表面部分(21)は第1の表面部分(3)と炭素含有粒子(22)との間に形成されてアルミニウムの炭化物を含む。アルミニウム箔(1)において、アルミニウムの含有量が99.6質量%以上、鉛の含有量が10質量ppm以下、マグネシウムの含有量が10質量ppm以下である。
