Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de désalinisation et un procédé de désalinisation avec lesquels de l'eau condensée peut être efficacement obtenue tout en empêchant un dépôt de tartre. L'appareil de désalinisation (1) est un appareil équipé d'une unité d'évaporation (2) à multiples effets, ayant de multiples évaporateurs capables non seulement d'amener une eau devant être traitée vers la surface externe d'un tube de transfert de chaleur conçu pour amener de la vapeur d'eau à passer à travers l'intérieur de celui-ci, pour produire ainsi de la vapeur d'eau et de l'eau concentrée à partir de l'eau, mais encore de former de l'eau condensée par la condensation de la vapeur d'eau dans le tube de transfert de chaleur, les multiples évaporateurs (2a à 2t) étant interconnectés de telle sorte que la vapeur d'eau produite par l'évaporateur de l'étage antérieur est conduite à l'intérieur du tube de transfert de chaleur d'un évaporateur d'étage postérieur en tant que source de chaleur. Selon l'invention, les multiples évaporateurs (2a à 2t) sont divisés en de multiples groupes d'évaporateurs (3A à 3E) le long de la direction du côté étage antérieur au côté étage postérieur. En outre, un moyen d'élimination de composant de tartre (5) est prévu pour éliminer au moins une partie du composant de tartre dans l'eau brute, pour produire ainsi de l'eau détartrée; un moyen d'alimentation en eau mélangée (6) est également prévu pour amener une eau mélangée, consistant en un mélange d'eau brute et d'eau détartrée, sous forme d'eau devant être traitée, au tube de transfert de chaleur de chacun des évaporateurs (2a à 2d) du premier groupe d'évaporateurs (3A) disposé sur le côté étage le plus antérieur parmi les multiples groupes d'évaporateurs (3A à 3E); et un moyen d'alimentation en eau de dilution (7) est également prévu pour adresser une eau de dilution, consistant en un mélange d'eau concentrée et d'eau mélangée, sous forme d'eau devant être traitée, au tube de transfert de chaleur de chacun des évaporateurs (2e à 2h) du second groupe d'évaporateurs (3B) disposé sur un côté basse température parmi le premier groupe d'évaporateurs (3A).
