L'invention concerne un moule à noyau interne comprenant les éléments suivants: une enveloppe de noyau interne (4) qui comporte deux demi-pièces et une ouverture sur sa partie supérieure; une tige coulissante mobile (1) qui s'étend à travers l'ouverture; un manchon coulissant (2), qui repose sur une partie de la tige coulissante mobile s'étendant en dehors de l'enveloppe de noyau interne; une ou plusieurs petites plaques de connexion externes (5), qui assurent une connexion mobile entre le manchon coulissant et les parois internes des deux demi-pièces de l'enveloppe de noyau interne; une ou plusieurs petites plaques de connexion internes (6,7) situées à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de noyau interne et assurant une liaison mobile entre la tige coulissante mobile et les parois internes des deux demi-pièces de l'enveloppe de noyau interne; et un ou plusieurs blocs d'arrêt (3) qui bloquent le manchon coulissant. Le moule à noyau interne décrit a une taille susceptible d'être modulée avant et après son insertion dans un carton d'emballage pour boissons, etc., et il ne risque donc pas d'endommager une ouverture supérieure d'ébauche cylindrique au moment de son insertion dans l'ébauche ou lorsque l'ébauche est produite à l'extraction du moule. On répond ainsi aux exigences d'une chaîne de production automatique grande vitesse.
