Abstract

La présente invention vise à proposer une résine de polyuréthane et une résine de polyester présentant d'excellentes propriétés de fusion franche par production d'un polyoxyalkylène polyol cristallin ayant une isotacticité extrêmement élevée et une réactivité élevée à faible coût. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un polyoxyalkylène polyol cristallin (A) ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre de 500-20 000, qui est caractérisé par le fait qu'un oxyde d'alkylène (A) est polymérisé par ouverture de cycle en présence d'un complexe de salen (B). L'invention porte également de façon spécifique sur le polyoxyalkylène polyol cristallin (A) et sur une résine de polyuréthane et une résine de polyester qui sont obtenues à partir du polyoxyalkylène polyol cristallin (A).
