Abstract

 遮断器などの電力用開閉機器を介して電力系統に接続された変圧器における過渡的な励磁突入電流の発生を抑制すること。残留磁束演算処理部50aは、各相ごとの変圧器電圧変化率を検出する電圧変化率検出部52aと、遮断器の開閉状態を検出する遮断器開閉状態識別部51と、変圧器30に残留する残留磁束を検出する残留磁束検出部53とを備える。残留磁束検出部53は、遮断器10が開極状態にあると識別された期間に、検出された変圧器電圧変化率に基づいて残留磁束を再計算する否かを判定し、残留磁束の再計算が必要と判定したときには、残留磁束の再計算を行うとともに、再計算を行った残留磁束を新たな残留磁束として設定する。
