Abstract
【解決手段】この電力供給システムの制御部13は、閉極指示信号φBに応答して、R相の定常磁束と残留磁束とが一致するタイミングでR相に対応するスイッチ2を投入させた後、S相およびT相の各々の定常磁束と残留磁束の差が最小限になるように、R相の交流電圧の零点から0〜30度の間の予め定められた位相角度だけ遅延したタイミングでS相およびT相に対応するスイッチ3,4を投入させる。したがって、極間コンデンサ5〜7付きの3相遮断器1の投入時に3相変圧器8に流れる励磁突入電流を抑制できる。

Claims (4)
- 3相交流電源から3相遮断器を介して3相変圧器に流れる励磁突入電流を抑制する突入電流抑制装置であって、
前記3相遮断器は3つのスイッチと3つの極間コンデンサを含み、
前記3つのスイッチの一方端子はそれぞれ前記3相交流電源から3相交流電圧を受け、それらの他方端子はそれぞれ前記3相変圧器の3相1次巻線の3つの入力端子に接続され、前記3つの極間コンデンサはそれぞれ前記3つのスイッチに並列接続され、
前記3相遮断器の閉極時には前記3相変圧器の各相に定常磁束が発生し、前記3相遮断器の開極時には前記3相変圧器の各相に残留磁束が発生し、
前記突入電流抑制装置は、
3相のうちの基準相に対応するスイッチの他方端子の電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記3相遮断器の開極時における前記電圧測定部の測定結果に基づいて前記3相変圧器の前記基準相の残留磁束を求める磁束演算部と、
閉極指令信号に応答して、前記基準相の定常磁束と前記残留磁束演算部によって求められた残留磁束とが一致するタイミングで前記基準相に対応するスイッチを投入させた後、前記基準相以外の各相の定常磁束と残留磁束の差が最小限になるように、前記基準相の交流電圧の零点から0〜30度の間の予め定められた位相角度だけ遅延したタイミングで残りの2つのスイッチを投入させる制御部とを備える、突入電流抑制装置。 - 前記予め定められた位相角度は、前記3つの極間コンデンサの各々の容量値に応じて増大する、請求項1に記載の突入電流抑制装置。
- 前記3つの極間コンデンサの各々の容量値が2000pF以下の場合は、前記予め定められた位相角度は0〜10度の間の値に設定され、
前記3つの極間コンデンサの各々の容量値が2000〜6000pFの場合は、前記予め定められた位相角度は10〜20度の間の値に設定され、
前記3つの極間コンデンサの各々の容量値が6000pF以上の場合は、前記予め定められた位相角度は20〜30度の間の値に設定される、請求項2に記載の突入電流抑制装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記基準相の交流電圧の絶対値が増大する期間において、前記基準相の定常磁束と残留磁束とが一致するタイミングで前記基準相に対応するスイッチを投入させる、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかに記載の突入電流抑制装置。
