- a special-thread manufacturing equipment includes a special thread supplying device 100 which supplies a special thread S which is wound in a roll while maintaining proper tension, a special thread transporting device 200 which transports the special thread S in a process flowing direction by pulling the special thread S supplied from the special thread supplying device 100, a spine forming device 300 which forms spines on the special thread S by cutting some portion of the surface of the special thread S, and a special thread cutting device 400 which cuts the special thread S, transported by the special thread transporting device 200, at a predetermined length.

- the special thread transporting device 200 includes a drum 210 consisting of a rotating drum 211 and a drum driving mechanism 212 which drives the rotating drum 211, and a pair of pressing devices 220 and 220' consisting of a pressing roller 221 and a spring mechanism elastically supporting the pressing roller 221 in one direction, the pressing devices arranged to face each other with the rotating drum 211 therebeween. It is preferable that the rotating drum 211 have a guide groove (not shown) on the surface thereof to receive a section of the special thread S therein and function to prevent the thread S from being separated from a location at which spines are formed on the thread.
- the rotating drum driving mechanism 212 may be constituted as a stepping motor or a turbo motor which can control a rotating angle of the rotating drum 211.
- the pressing device 220 and 220' may be of known or used types. Accordingly, detailed description about the pressing device will be omitted.
- the special thread transporting device 200 according to the invention may not be limited to the above- described structure but may have any structure as long as it can transport the special thread S in a process flowing direction by pulling the special thread S from the special thread supplying device 100.
- the spine forming device 300 includes a circular blade
- the blade driving mechanism 320 may be constituted as a constant speed motor which rotates the blade 310 in one direction.
- the blade transporting mechanism 330 includes a pneumatic cylinder 331 with a piston rod fixed at both ends and a cylinder body capable of straight performing reciprocation in both opposing directions and a blade which is fixed to the cylinder body of the pneumatic cylinder 331 so as to rotatably fix the blade 310.
- the blade transporting mechanism 330 is not limited to the above-described structure but may be of any known structure as long as it can reciprocate the blade 310 in a straight manner.
- the special thread cutting device 400 includes a guide pipe 410 through which the special thread S, on which the spines are formed by the spine forming device 300 and which is transported by the special thread transporting device 200, passes, a cutting blade 420 which cuts the special thread S discharged from the guide pipe 410 at a predetermined length, and a cutting blade transporting mechanism 430 which reciprocates the cutting blade 420 in a straight manner. It is preferable that the inside surface of the guide pipe 410 be processed to be smooth and slippery in order to prevent the special thread S from being damaged by friction between the inside surface and the special thread S.
- the cutting blade 420 is a no drive mode blade, and the cutting blade transporting mechanism 430 is constituted as a pneumatic cylinder.
- the special thread cutting device 400 according to the present invention is not limited to the above- described embodiment, but may have any of known structures as long as it can cut the special thread S at a predetermined length.
- the wound thread S is detachably inserted into and fixed in the special thread fixing roller 110 of the special thread supplying device 100, a leading end of the special thread S is pulled by an operator and is then inserted into a gap between the rotating drum 212 of the drum 210 and the pressing roller 221 of the pressing device 220, and between the gap between the rotating drum 212 of the drum 210 and the pressing roller 221 of the pressing device 220', and finally the special thread S is inserted into the guide pipe 410 of the special thread cutting device 400.
- the blade 310 of the spine forming device 300 which is rotated by the rotating drum driving mechanism 212 alternately is moved forward and backward by the blade transporting mechanism 330, and thus forms spines on the surface of the special thread S by cutting some portion of the surface of the special thread S at regular intervals in a lengthwise direction.
- the spine-formed special thread S is cut by the special thread cutting device 400 at a predetermined length. Accordingly, the special thread manufacturing equipment can be simplified and the work of forming spines on the surface of the special thread S is automatically performed. Accordingly, productivity is remarkably increased.
- the depth adjusting mechanism 340 includes a guide rail 314, a moving block 342 which is movably associated with the guide rail and reciprocates in the lengthwise direction of the guide rail 341, and a fixing member 343 which fixes the moving block 342 at a position on the guide rail 241.
- the depth adjusting mechanism 340 is a manual mechanism but may not be limited thereto. That is, the depth adjusting mechanism 340 may be an automatically driven mechanism and thus it can be moved automatically by an additional driving unit.
- the angle adjusting mechanism 350 is constituted as a rotating block 351 in which one end is rotatably fixed to a base B, serving as a body of the special thread manufacturing equipment, via a rotational shaft 352, and the remaining end is detachably fixed in a guide hole Bl of the base B via a fixing member 353.
- the angle adjusting mechanism 350 is manually driven but may not be limited thereto. That is, the angle adjusting mechanism 350 may be any of structure so long as it can be automatically driven by employing an additional driving unit.

- Use of the special thread S manufactured using the special thread manufacturing equipment according to the invention is not limited to a specific purpose. That is, the special thread manufacturing equipment can be used as a wrinkle remover.
