Abstract

L'invention concerne une matière céramique diélectrique comprenant deux types de particules cristallines tous deux composés principalement de titanate de baryum et ayant une concentration en calcium différente l'un de l'autre (par exemple des premières particules cristallines ayant une concentration en calcium inférieure à 0,3 % atomique; et des secondes particules cristallines ayant une concentration en calcium supérieure ou égale à 0,3 % atomique). Les deux types de particules cristallines contiennent du vanadium en quantité de 0,1 à 0,2 mole en termes de V2O5, du magnésium en quantité de 0,55 à 0,75 mole en termes de MgO, au moins un élément des terres rares (RE) sélectionné parmi l'yttrium, le dysprosium, l'holmium, l'erbium et le terbium en quantité de 0,55 à 0,75 mole en termes de RE2O3 et du manganèse en quantité de 0,25 à 0,6 mole en termes de MnO, pour 100 moles de titane qui constitue le titanate de baryum. Les particules cristallines satisfont à l'exigence représentée par la formule : C2/(C1+C2) = 0,5 à 0,8 [dans laquelle C1 représente la surface des premières particules cristallines; et C2 la surface des secondes particules cristallines]. La matière céramique diélectrique a une température de Curie de 85 à 95 °C.
