Abstract

Les deux types de particules cristallines contiennent du vanadium en quantité de 0,1 à 0,2 mole en termes de V2O5, du magnésium en quantité de 0,55 à 0,75 mole en termes de MgO, au moins un élément des terres rares (RE) sélectionné parmi l'yttrium, le dysprosium, l'holmium, l'erbium et le terbium en quantité de 0,55 à 0,75 mole en termes de RE2O3 et du manganèse en quantité de 0,25 à 0,6 mole en termes de MnO, pour 100 moles de titane qui constitue le titanate de baryum. Les particules cristallines satisfont à l'exigence représentée par la formule : C2/(C1+C2) = 0,5 à 0,8 [dans laquelle C1 représente la surface des premières particules cristallines; et C2 la surface des secondes particules cristallines]. La matière céramique diélectrique a une température de Curie de 85 à 95 °C.
