Abstract

できるだけ少量の検体でも支障なく測定し得るようにすると共に、異物が混入して検査ミスを起こさないようにした硝子セルバイアルを提供する。 光学的測定が可能なセル機能を具備したバイアルであって、前記バイアルの底面を内面が上方に向かってR状凸部に、且つ外面が下方に向かって凸状に形成した。このセルバイアルに少量の液体試料を入れると、液体試料のメニスカス部と内底面上端との間に光学的測定のための光照射部とし得る部分が位置するようにできるから、少量の試料でも光量変化の測定が可能となった。
