Abstract

 MEA-枠接合体を射出成型用金型に配置して、電極部の外縁と枠体の内縁の間において電極部の外縁沿いに延在して配置される第1の流路と、枠体の内外縁の間において内側弾性部材沿いに延在して配置される第2の流路と、第1の流路と上記第2の流路とを連通する複数の連通流路とを形成し、第1の流路に弾性体樹脂を注入することにより、第1の流路内に弾性体樹脂を充填するとともに、それぞれの連通流路を通して第2の流路に上記弾性体樹脂を充填し、MEA-枠接合体とセパレータとの間を密着封止する弾性部材を一体的に形成する。
