Description

PANNEAU DE CORRECTION ACOUSTIQUE ET PLAFOND EQUIPE D'UN ACOUSTIC CORRECTION PANEL AND CEILING EQUIPPED WITH
TEL PANNEAUTEL PANEL
The invention relates to an acoustic correction panel.
Such panels reduce the acoustic resonance in a room. They are usually attached to the ceiling of the rooms whose resonance is to be reduced. They can also be used to coat all the walls of the room. FR-A-2 748 505 discloses a sound and heat absorption panel comprising a perforated wood sheet bonded to a textile layer, itself bonded to a layer of mineral wool, that is to say of wool glass or rockwool. Alternatively, the wood sheet is of sufficient thickness to be glued directly to the mineral wool layer without requiring the presence of a textile layer. The rigidity of such a panel is obtained on the one hand, by the thickness of the mineral wool layer and, on the other hand, by the thickness of the wood coating or the textile layer bonded to it. Also known from FR-A-2 859 492 is a rock wool panel coated on the visible face of a laminated and perforated wood plate and, on the rear face, another laminated wood plate allowing the stiffening of the sign.
Such panels are therefore of a relatively large thickness, which induces problems of size and weight when they are placed on a ceiling. The nature of the material used for the perforated plate, namely laminated wood, does not meet the fire resistance conditions which must, from now on, be respected for this type of product. In addition, the wooden perforated plate is subject to dimensional variations due in particular to variations in hygrometry and temperature of the room and / or the manufacturing workshop.
De tels panneaux restent relativement lourdsEP-A-524 566 and DE-U-84 37 685 also disclose panels comprising a perforated plate made of metallic material. Such panels remain relatively heavy
It is these drawbacks that the invention intends to remedy by proposing an acoustic correction panel that is compact, lightweight and resistant to damage. fire, while having a high rigidity and a resistance to the veiling at the temperature and humidity differences encountered in the room.
For this purpose, the subject of the invention is an acoustic correction panel comprising a layer of absorbent material attached to a perforated plate made of metal forming the visible face of the panel when it is in place in a room, characterized in that the perforations occupy at least 20% of the area of the visible face of the perforated plate and in that the visible face of the perforated plate is coated with a decorative pattern of thickness between 70 and 100 microns.
The use of a metal plate allows, for relatively small thicknesses, to achieve a rigid panel, insensitive to moisture and temperature conditions, while having a fire resistance higher than that of laminated wood panels.
According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, the panel may incorporate one or more of the following features:
The perforated plate has a thickness between 0.7 and 1 mm.
The perforations of the perforated plate have a diameter of about 2 mm and are regularly spaced about 5 mm.
The mineral wool layer has a thickness (E) of between 15 and 25 mm.
The invention also relates to a ceiling of a room which is equipped with at least one acoustic correction panel as mentioned above. Such a ceiling is safer than those of the state of the art, while it is economical.
The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an embodiment of a panel according to the invention, given only by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un panneau conforme à l'invention etFIG. 1 is a perspective view of a panel according to the invention and
The panel 1 shown in Figure 1 corresponds to a square slab of about 600 mm by 600 mm side, of the type commonly used to achieve so-called "acoustic" ceilings, that is to say ceilings avoiding or limiting the reverberation of sound waves.
In other non-illustrated embodiments, the panel has different shapes and dimensions. For example, it can be rectangular.
The panel 1 comprises a central layer 2 forming the core of the panel. This central layer 2 is made from an acoustically absorbing material which is non-flammable. This is, in practice, mineral wool type material. By the term "mineral wool" is meant a material made from glass or rock fibers, for example rock wool made from fibers of volcanic origin. This absorbent material may be of the "wool" type, that is to say with intertwined fibers, without any predetermined arrangement, or with fibers whose orientation is previously defined, for example woven or non-woven.
The absorbent material has a density between 100 and 135 kg per m 3. A central layer or core 2 having a thickness E of between 15 and 25 mm is produced. This central layer 2 is advantageously covered with a film 3, for example, a web of flame retardant material, such as fiberglass. This web 3, shown for more legibility on the only rear face of the panel 1 in Figure 1, allows, on the one hand, to prevent the dispersion of the mineral wool particles in the room before installation and other on the other hand, participates in finishing the panel. The face 5 of the panel 1 intended to be oriented towards the interior of the room, and referred to as "visible face", corresponds to the face that a user sees when the slab 2 is in place in a ceiling.
This face 5 is formed by a face of a metal plate 4. This metal plate 4 is, in the example, made from aluminum of standardized grades AW AW-5754 (AIMg3) H111 or H 12. It gives a good rigidity of the plate 4, even with a small thickness. Alternatively, it may be made of another metal, for example aluminum alloy or steel. This plate 4 has a thickness e of between 0.7 and 1 mm. Thus, for a square plate of 600 mm side, its weight is of the order of 2 kg.
It can be covered with one or more decorative motifs reproducing, for example, the appearance of wood or marble, a geometric pattern or color. On an aluminum plate 4, the decorative patterns are made using paints based on polyester powders applied with techniques known per se. Preferably, a thickness of 70 to 100 microns of paint or decorative coating on the plate 4 makes it possible to create decorations on the visible face 5 of the plate 4, while meeting the standards of fire resistance.
At least 20% of the area of the face 5 of the plate 4 consists of perforations 6. These perforations 6 allow the passage of sound towards the central layer 2 of mineral wool which absorbs, at least partially, the sound and thus reduces the resonance phenomenon in the room.
The perforations 6 are through and circular. They have a diameter D of about 2 mm and are regularly spaced. Advantageously, between two perforations 6 neighbors, a distance d of about 5 mm is formed.
It is possible, depending on the needs and the desired aesthetic effect, to provide a solid area between the edge of the plate 4 and the perforations 6. The width of this zone or margin 7 is variable according to slab 1 envisaged.
For example, perforations can be provided in slits, diamonds, squares or other patterns distributed differently on the plate 4. These perforations should not, question the minimum perforated surface of the plate 4 which is 20%.
The plate 4 makes it possible to produce a panel 1 of constant dimensions which is not subject to curl. Indeed, such a plate is of great stability, both dimensional and in time, and has a fire resistance allowing it to obtain the classification Euro Class B.
In addition, with a plate 4 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, it is easy to cut on site the plates to the desired dimensions to fit the size of the ceiling or partitions to cover and easily make perforations 6 in the plate, without burr that would harm the flatness of the plate.
Fixing the central layer on the plate is advantageously carried out by gluing.
