Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sound absorption plate, such as those used in particular to dampen the noise caused by machines in factory halls and other closed rooms.
However, a soundproof wall intended primarily for use on roads is known (BE-A-892 899), in which a damping layer is attached behind a front panel with downward-facing slats and at a distance from a retaining wall. Such walls are primarily intended to act as a shield. Their sound absorption capacity is relatively low, so that due to their high reflection values, they are not particularly suitable for use in closed rooms. In terms of design, too, they are more adapted for use outdoors.
The invention has for its object to improve the sound absorption ability of known soundproofing panels or walls and thus to provide a sound absorption panel which is also suitable for use in closed rooms.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, not only creates sound absorption panels with generally very favorable absorption values, it also offers the possibility of adapting such panels to specific requirements. In addition, it specifies prefabricated elements from which sound absorption panels according to the invention can be produced particularly easily.

The sound absorption plate is preferably constructed from prefabricated plate elements which, for. B. rectangular, in particular square, or can also be triangular or hexagonal and which are usually arranged next to and on top of each other in a tile-like manner on an already existing or also for this purpose wall, so that they cover the wall without gaps. Of course, the plate elements themselves can each be provided with a rear wall, in which case said wall is not required.
The sound absorption panel according to the invention can of course also be manufactured or cut on site, but the construction from prefabricated elements is particularly economical.
The plate element has a perforated plate 1 with a regular, for. B. square, grid-forming
This is followed by
The
Of course, other solutions are also possible. The partition walls can e.g. B. run diagonally or form a variety of patterns. They are preferably arranged in such a way that partition walls of adjacent plate elements adjoin one another at the edges thereof.
The subdivision significantly improves sound absorption. It has also been shown that the course of the absorption curve depends on the subdivision. In particular, it shifts to lower frequencies when the volumes of the absorption chambers are increased. This law can be used to adapt the properties of sound absorption panels according to the invention to the respective requirements.
A square plate element according to the invention according to Fig. 1a, b of 200 mm side length, with a perforated plate 1 made of 0.8 mm thick aluminum, the
