Abstract

【課題】 常温での用途、並びにボイル処理やレトルト処理での用途いずれに於いても極性樹脂との接着性が十分な接着性樹脂並びに該接着性樹脂を含む樹脂組成物、更には該樹脂組成物を中間層としたポリオレフィン/極性樹脂との積層体を提供すること。 【解決手段】 カルボン酸無水物又はその誘導体(a1)成分を有する樹脂に、両末端又は片末端に水酸基又はアミノ基を有する開環重合体又は縮重合体(a2)成分を混合、又は(a1)成分に対してグラフト反応させ、且つ、(a1)成分が、水酸化カリウム/エタノール溶液を用いた酸価で0.1~50mgKOH/gであり、(a2)成分が、220°Cで5分間溶融混練させ、室温まで冷却した後、赤外線(IR)吸収スペクトル測定にて得られる酸無水物基に由来するピーク(1713cm-1、1780cm-1)のピーク高さの和をx、エステル基に由来するピーク(1740cm-1)の高さをyとした時、y/(x+y)×100が10以上である、極性樹脂との接着性樹脂組成物(A)。
