Abstract

  撥水撥油防汚性、水滴離水性(滑水性ともいう)、および耐摩耗性や耐候性等の耐久性を向上させた撥水撥油防汚性反射板およびその製造方法ならびにそれを用いたトンネル、道路標識、表示板、看板、乗り物、および建築物を提供する。   透明微粒子18を分散した微粒子分散液を基材11の表面に塗布、乾燥後、酸素を含む雰囲気中で加熱処理して得られる微粒子融着基材19の表面に撥水撥油防汚性被膜14を形成することにより製造される撥水撥油防汚性反射板10、ならびにそれを用いたトンネル、道路標識、表示板、看板、乗り物、および建築物。
