Abstract

A water-shedding, oil-shedding, antifouling reflecting plate that is improved in the water-shedding oil-shedding antifouling properties, water droplet repellency (or water slip tendency) and durability such as abrasion resistance and weather resistance; a process for manufacturing the same; and a tunnel, road traffic sign, signboard, trade sign, vehicle and building utilizing the reflecting plate. There is disclosed a water-shedding, oil-shedding, antifouling reflecting plate (10) produced by forming a water-shedding, oil-shedding, antifouling coating (14) on a surface of base material (19) with microparticles fusion bonded thereto, obtained by applying a dispersion of transparent microparticle (18) to a surface of base material (11), followed by drying and heating treatment in an oxygenous atmosphere. Further, there are disclosed a tunnel, road traffic sign, signboard, trade sign, vehicle and building utilizing the reflecting plate.
