Abstract

 耐久性の高いタッチパネルを提供する。本発明のタッチパネル1は、変形可能な可撓性パネル10を有しており、表示装置20の下部電極膜27表面に、In2O3を主成分とし、Tiを含有する透明電極膜19が露出している。このような透明電極膜19はITO薄膜のような従来のものに比べて耐磨耗性が高いので、下部電極膜27が繰り返し押圧されても、透明電極膜19に白濁化やクラックが生じない。従って、本発明のタッチパネル1は耐久性が高い。
