一种仿嵌板式门扇的加工方法,首先在门芯板基板上加工出与实木嵌块相 对应的槽,然后在槽内嵌入实木嵌块,修平实木嵌块高出门芯板基板表面的部 分,加工出比仿门芯板凹槽略小的加工槽,在每组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽以 内的部分涂胶, 粘贴平面门芯板贴面盖住实木嵌块与门芯板基板之间的接缝, 平面门芯板贴面略大于每组加工槽以内的部分,在门边框面板上的与若干组凹 槽相对应的孔的位置上加工出略小的孔, 在门芯板基板两面粘贴门边框面板, 在门边框面板表面粘贴门边框贴面,加工出在门芯板基板的两面若干组为仿制 门芯板而设置的凹槽, 同时加工出门边框面板上的若干个孔,再将整个门扇的 四边加工完毕,将每组扣线组合成框后粘贴在对应的每组为仿制门芯板而设置 的每组凹槽的四边, 盖住实木嵌块与门芯板基板之间的接缝, 以及门边框贴面 和实木嵌块之间未贴面的部分, 完成整个门扇的加工。
所述的实木嵌块分为水平实木嵌块、垂直实木嵌块; 如果对应的平面门芯 板贴面木纹方向是垂直的,水平实木嵌块和垂直实木嵌块安装以后的木紋方向 也是垂直的;
先加工出所有与实木嵌块相对应的槽中水平的槽,嵌入所有实木嵌块中水 平实木嵌块,水平实木嵌块的两端探入到对应的垂直的槽的位置,清除水平实 木嵌块高出门芯板基板表面的部分; .
先加工出的水平的槽的水平边线两端分别在对应的垂直的槽的两条垂直 边线之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块相对应的槽中垂直的槽,同时清除掉水平实木嵌 块探入在垂直的槽以内的部分,嵌入所有实木嵌块中垂直实木嵌块,清除垂直 实木嵌块高出门芯板基板表面的部分;
嵌入的垂直实木嵌块的两条边线两端超过对应的水平实木嵌块,形成与水 平实木嵌块完整的垂直直线拼缝;
如果对应的平面门芯板贴面木纹方向是水平的,水平实木嵌块和垂直实木 嵌块安装以后的木紋方向也是水平的;
先加工出所有与实木嵌块相对应的槽中垂直的槽,嵌入所有实木嵌块中垂 直实木嵌块, 垂直实木嵌块的两端探入到对应的水平的槽的位置,清除垂直实 木嵌块高出门芯板基板表面的部分; 先加工出的垂直的槽的垂直边线两端在对应的水平的槽的两条水平边线 之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块相对应的槽中水平的槽,同时清除掉垂直实木嵌 块在对应的水平的槽的两条水平边线之间的部分,嵌入所有实木嵌块中水平实 木嵌块, 清除水平实木嵌块高出门芯板基板表面的部分;
嵌入的水平实木嵌块的两条边线两端超过对应的垂直实木嵌块,形成与垂 直实木嵌块完整的水平直线拼缝。
本发明的优点及效果如下:
通过本发明的实施,能够很好地解决了现有技术中仿门芯板定位困难的问 题, 加工变得简单方便, 也降低了成本, 同时也能达到门芯板不露白的整体效 果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图通过实施例对本发明加以具体描述:
实施例 1
本发明提供一种仿嵌板式门扇及其加工方法, 它是首先在门边框面板 20 上的与若干组凹槽 40相对应的孔 21的位置上加工出略小的孔; 见图 4一 2, 再将两张门边框面板 20的粘贴面涂胶与门芯板基板 10四边对齐直接将门芯板 基板 10粘贴在内; 见图 4一 1、 4- 1A, 加工出在门芯板基板 10的两面若干组 为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 40, 同时加工出门边框面板 20上的若干个孔 21, 再将整个门扇的四边加工完毕, 将每组扣线 30组合成框后粘贴在对应的每组 为仿制门芯板而设置的每组凹槽 40的四边, 盖住仿制门芯板部分的四边和门 边框面板 20上的孔 21之间的交接处,形成嵌板式门扇。这种方式就无需定位 粘贴多块仿门芯板 4, 更不会在门边框板 5和基板 6的粘贴面上溢出胶水, 只 要四边对齐在门芯板基板 10 两面直接粘贴两张门边框面板 20即可, 门边框 面板 20根本无需穿过任何物体即可直接粘贴在门芯板基板 10 两面, 加工出 为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 40, 以及门扇的四边, 扣上扣线 30, 就形成了仿 嵌板式门扇。
门芯板基板 10也可以为边框 11和门芯板中基板 12组合的形式, 见附图 5, 边框 11和门芯板中基板 12之间的拼缝在两张门边框面板 20之内。
如图 6, 门芯板中基板 12还可以由两张门芯板外基板 121和一张门芯 板内基板 122组成; 门芯板外基板 121为一整张板材,或者为多张板材拼接而 成的一整张板材, 拼缝被两张门边框面板 20或扣线 30盖住; 门芯板内基板 122也为一整张板材, 或者为多张板材拼接而成的一整张板材, 拼缝与两张门 芯板外基板 121上的拼缝错开, 以保证整个门芯板基板 10的强度。
实施例 2
门边框面板 20表面粘贴门边框贴面 22, 见图 7, 为仿制门芯板而设置的 凹槽 40露在表面的位置设有实木嵌块 50, 门芯板基板 10的仿门芯板位置粘 贴平面门芯板贴面 60盖住实木嵌块 50与门芯板基板 10之间的接缝 61, 扣线 30盖住实木嵌块 50与门芯板基板 10之间的另一接缝 62, 以及门边框贴面 22 和实木嵌块 50之间未贴面的部分; 整个门扇的阶梯边缘分为两段, 分别贴覆 有两个封边条 91、 93; 上下门边框贴面 22分别盖住两张门边框面板 20和封 边条 91、 93之间在上下表面形成的接缝; 两个封边条 91、 93之间设有凹槽, 密封条 92插入到凹槽内并掩盖住在封边条 91上方封边条 91、 93没有贴覆的 门芯板基板 10的边缘部分。 其制造过程是首先在门芯板基板 10上加工出与实木嵌块 50相对应的槽 80, 然后在槽 80内嵌入实木嵌块 50, 修平实木嵌块 50高出门芯板基板 10表 面的部分, 加工出比仿门芯板凹槽 40略小的加工槽 90, 见图 10所示, 在每 组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽 90以内的部分涂胶,粘贴平面门芯板贴面 60盖住 实木嵌块 50与门芯板基板 10之间的接缝 61, 平面门芯板贴面 60略大于每组 仿门芯板位置上的加工槽 90以内的部分,在门边框面板 20上的与若干组凹槽 40相对应的孔 21的位置上加工出略小的孔, 在门芯板基板 10两面粘贴门边 框面板 20, 加工出整个门扇的阶梯边缘, 分别粘贴两组封边条 91、 93; 在门 边框面板 20表面粘贴门边框贴面 22, 分别盖住两张门边框面板 20和封边条 91、 93之间在上下表面形成的接缝; 加工出在门芯板基板 10的两面若干组为 仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 40, 同时加工出门边框面板 20上的若干个孔 21,再 将整个门扇的四边加工完毕, 同时加工出与密封条 92对应的凹槽; 将每组扣 线 30分别粘贴在对应的为仿制门芯板而设置的每组凹槽 40的四边,盖住实木 嵌块 50与门芯板基板 10之间的接缝 62, 以及门边框贴面 22和实木嵌块 50 之间未贴面的部分,密封条 92插入到对应的凹槽内并掩盖住在封边条 91上方 封边条 91、 93没有贴覆的门芯板基板 10的边缘部分, 完成整个门扇的加工。
所述的实木嵌块 50分为水平实木嵌块 51、 垂直实木嵌块 52;
如果对应的平面门芯板贴面 60木紋方向是垂直的,水平实木嵌块 51和垂 直实木嵌块 52安装以后的木纹方向也是垂直的。
其加工方法是先加工出所有与实木嵌块 50相对应的槽 80中水平的槽 81, 见图 11一 1, 嵌入所有水平实木嵌块 51, 水平实木嵌块 51的两端探入到对应 的垂直的槽 82的位置,清除水平实木嵌块 51高出门芯板基板 10表面的部分; 先加工出的水平的槽 81的水平边线两端分别在对应的垂直的槽 82的两条 垂直边线之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块 50相对应的槽 80中垂直的槽 82, 同时清除掉 水平实木嵌块 51探入在垂直的槽 82以内的部分, 嵌入所有实木嵌块 50中垂 直实木嵌块 52, 清除垂直实木嵌块 52高出门芯板基板 10表面的部分, 见图 11 -2;
嵌入的垂直实木嵌块 52的两条边线两端超过对应的水平实木嵌块 51, 形 成与水平实木嵌块 51完整的垂直直线拼缝 53。
如果对应的平面门芯板贴面 60木纹方向是水平的,水平实木嵌块 51和垂 直实木嵌块 52安装以后的木紋方向也是水平的;
其加工方法是先加工出所有与实木嵌块 50相对应的槽 80中垂直的槽 82, 见图 11一 3, 嵌入所有实木嵌块 50中垂直实木嵌块 52, 垂直实木嵌块 52的两 端探入到对应的水平的槽 81 的位置, 清除垂直实木嵌块 52高出门芯板基板 10表面的部分;
先加工出的垂直的槽 82的垂直边线两端在对应的水平的槽 81的两条水平 边线之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块 50相对应的槽 80中水平的槽 81, 同时清除掉 垂直实木嵌块 52在对应的水平的槽 81的两条水平边线之间的部分,嵌入所有 实木嵌块 50中水平实木嵌块 51, 清除水平实木嵌块 51高出门芯板基板 10表 面的部分, 见图 11一 4;
嵌入的水平实木嵌块 51的两条边线两端超过对应的垂直实木嵌块 52, 形 成与垂直实木嵌块 52完整的水平直线拼缝 53。
实施例 3
如果采用曲面门芯板贴面 70也能达到仿实木门芯板的效果。见图 8所示, 门边框面板 20表面粘贴门边框贴面 22; 在门芯板基板 10的仿门芯板位置粘 贴曲面门芯板贴面 70盖住全部仿门芯板部分,门边框贴面 22和曲面门芯板贴 面 70之间未贴面的部分设有工艺槽 71, 扣线 30与工艺槽 71对应的位置设有 工艺榫 31 ; 每组扣线 30通过工艺榫 31粘贴在对应的工艺槽 71内, 盖住门边 框贴面 22和曲面门芯板贴面 70之间未贴面的部分;整个门扇的阶梯边缘分为 两段, 分别贴覆有两个封边条 91、 93; 上下门边框贴面 22分别盖住两张门边 框面板 20和封边条 91、 93之间在上下表面形成的接缝; 两个封边条 91、 93 之间设有凹槽, 密封条 92插入到凹槽内并掩盖住在封边条 91上方封边条 91、 93没有贴覆的门边框面板 20和门芯板基板 10的边缘部分。
其加工方法是首先在门芯板基板 10上加工出仿门芯板的凹槽 40, 然后 在工艺槽 71的位置上加工出比工艺槽 71略小的加工槽 72,见附图 9;在每组 仿门芯板位置上的加工槽 72以内的部分涂胶, 粘贴曲面门芯板贴面 70, 曲面 门芯板贴面 70略大于每组加工槽 72以内的部分, 在门边框面板 20上的与若 干组凹槽 40相对应的孔 21的位置上加工出略小的孔; 在门芯板基板 10两面 粘贴门边框面板 20, 加工出整个门扇的阶梯边缘, 分别粘贴两组封边条 91、 93; 在门边框面板 20表面粘贴门边框贴面 22, 分别盖住两张门边框面板 20 和封边条 91、 93之间在上下表面形成的接缝;加工出工艺槽 71的同时加工出 门边框面板 20上的若干个孔 21, 再将整个门扇的四边加工完毕, 同时加工出 与密封条 92对应的凹槽;将每组扣线 30组合成框后粘贴在对应的每组工艺槽 71 内, 盖住门边框贴面 22和曲面门芯板贴面 70之间未贴面的部分, 密封条 92插入到对应的凹槽内并掩盖住在封边条 91上方封边条 91、 93没有贴覆的 门芯板基板 10的边缘部分, 完成整个门扇的加工。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种仿嵌板式门扇, 包括有两张门边框面板(20)、 若干组扣线(30), 其特征在于: 在两张门边框面板 (20) 之间设有门芯板基板 (10); 在门芯板 基板 (10) 的两面设置有若干组为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 (40); 每组凹槽
(40)及其以内部分为仿制门芯板部分; 每张门边框面板(20)上设有若干个 与门芯板基板(10)上的若干组凹槽(40)相对应的孔(21 ); 门芯板基板(10) 的每组凹槽(40)以外部分粘合在两张门边框面板(20)之间; 每组扣线(30) 分别粘贴在对应的为仿制门芯板而设置的每组凹槽(40)的四边, 盖住仿制门 芯板部分的四边和门边框面板 (20) 上的孔 (21 ) 之间的交接处。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇, 其特征在于: 门芯板基板 ( 10) 由边框(11 )和门芯板中基板(12)组成, 边框(11 )和门芯板中基板 ( 12) 之间的拼缝被两张门边框面板 (20) 盖住。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇, 其特征在于: 门芯板中基 板(12) 由两张门芯板外基板(121 )和一张门芯板内基板(122)组成; 门芯 板外基板 (121 ) 为一整张板材, 或者为多张板材拼接而成的一整张板材, 拼 缝被两张门边框面板 (20) 或扣线 (30) 盖住; 门芯板内基板 (122) 也为一 整张板材,或者为多张板材拼接而成的一整张板材,拼缝与两张门芯板外基板
( 121 ) 上的拼缝错开。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇, 其特征在于: 门边框面板 (20) 表面粘贴门边框贴面 (22), 为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 (40) 露在表 面的位置设有实木嵌块 (50), 门芯板基板 (10) 的仿门芯板位置粘贴平面门 芯板贴面 (60) 盖住实木嵌块 (50) 与门芯板基板 (10) 之间的接缝 (61 ), 扣线 (30) 盖住实木嵌块 (50) 与门芯板基板 (10) 之间的另一接缝 (62), 以及门边框贴面 (22) 和实木嵌块 (50) 之间未贴面的部分。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇, 其特 ¾E在于: 门边框面板 (20)表面粘贴 门边框贴面 (22); 在门芯板基板 ( 10) 的仿门芯板位置粘贴 曲面门芯板贴面(70)盖住全部仿门芯板部分, 门边框贴面(22)和曲面门芯 板贴面(70)之间未贴面的部分设有工艺槽(71 ), 扣线 (30)与工艺槽(71 ) 对应的位置设有工艺榫 (31 ); 每组扣线 (30) 通过工艺榫 (31 )粘贴在对应 的工艺槽(71 ) 内, 盖住门边框贴面(22)和曲面门芯板贴面(70)之间未贴 面的部分。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇的加工方法, 其特征在 于: 首先在门芯板基板 (10) 上加工出仿门芯板的凹槽 (40), 然后在工艺槽
(71 ) 的位置上加工出比工艺槽 (71 ) 略小的加工槽 (72), 在每组仿门芯板 位置上的加工槽 (72) 以内的部分涂胶, 粘贴曲面门芯板贴面 (70), 曲面门 芯板贴面(70)略大于每组仿门芯板加工槽(72) 以内的部分, 在门边框面板
(20)上的所有与若干组凹槽(40)相对应的孔(21 ) 的位置上加工出略小的 孔; 在门芯板基板 (10) 两面粘贴门边框面板 (20), 在门边框面板 (20) 表 面粘贴门边框贴面(22), 加工出工艺槽(71 ) 的同时加工出门边框面板(20) 上的若干个孔 (21 ), 再将整个门扇的四边加工完毕, 将每组扣线 (30) 组合 成框后粘贴在对应的每组工艺槽 (71 ) 内, 完成整个门扇的加工。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇的加工方法, 其特征在 于: 首先在门芯板基板 (10) 上加工出与实木嵌块 (50) 相对应的槽 (80), 然后在槽 (80) 内嵌入实木嵌块 (50), 修平实木嵌块 (50) 高出门芯板基板
( 10) 表面的部分, 加工出比仿门芯板凹槽 (40) 略小的加工槽 (90), 在每 组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽(90)以内的部分涂胶,粘贴平面门芯板贴面(60) 盖住实木嵌块 (50) 与门芯板基板 (10) 之间的接缝 (61 ), 平面门芯板贴面 (60)略大于每组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽(90) 以内的部分, 在门边框面板 (20)上的所有与若干组凹槽(40)相对应的孔(21 ) 的位置上加工出略小的 孔, 在门芯板基板 (10) 两面粘贴门边框面板 (20), 在门边框面板 (20) 表 面粘贴门边框贴面 (22), 加工出在门芯板基板 (10) 的两面若干组为仿制门 芯板而设置的凹槽 (40), 同时加工出门边框面板 (20) 上的若干个孔 (21 ), 再将整个门扇的四边加工完毕, 将每组扣线(30)组合成框后粘贴在对应的每 组为仿制门芯板而设置的每组凹槽(40) 的四边, 盖住实木嵌块(50)与门芯 板基板 (10) 之间的接缝 (62), 以及门边框贴面 (22) 和实木嵌块 (50) 之 间未贴面的部分, 完成整个门扇的加工。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的一种仿嵌板式门扇的加工方法, 其特征在于: 所述的实木嵌块 (50) 分为水平实木嵌块 (51 )、 垂直实木嵌块 (52);
a、 如果对应的平面门芯板贴面 (60) 木纹方向是垂直的, 水平实木嵌块 (51 ) 和垂直实木嵌块 (52) 安装以后的木纹方向也是垂直的;
先加工出所有与实木嵌块 (50) 相对应的槽 (80) 中水平的槽 (81 ), 嵌 入所有实木嵌块 (50) 中水平实木嵌块 (51 ), 水平实木嵌块 (51 ) 的两端探 入到对应的垂直的槽(82) 的位置, 清除水平实木嵌块(51 )高出门芯板基板 ( 10) 表面的部分;
先加工出的水平的槽 (81 ) 的水平边线两端分别在对应的垂直的槽 (82) 的两条垂直边线之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块 (50) 相对应的槽 (80) 中垂直的槽 (82), 同 时清除掉水平实木嵌块(51 )探入在垂直的槽(82) 以内的部分, 嵌入所有实 木嵌块 (50) 中垂直实木嵌块 (52), 清除垂直实木嵌块 (52) 高出门芯板基 板 (10) 表面的部分;
嵌入的垂直实木嵌块(52)的两条边线两端超过对应的水平实木嵌块(51), 形成与水平实木嵌块 (51) 完整的垂直直线拼缝 (53);
b、 如果对应的平面门芯板贴面 (60) 木纹方向是水平的, 水平实木嵌块 (51) 和垂直实木嵌块 (52) 安装以后的木纹方向也是水平的;
先加工出所有与实木嵌块 (50) 相对应的槽 (80) 中垂直的槽 (82), 嵌 入所有实木嵌块 (50) 中垂直实木嵌块 (52), 垂直实木嵌块 (52) 的两端探 入到对应的水平的槽(81) 的位置, 清除垂直实木嵌块(52)高出门芯板基板 (10) 表面的部分;
先加工出的垂直的槽(82) 的垂直边线两端在对应的水平的槽(81)的两 条水平边线之间的位置;
再加工出所有与实木嵌块 (50) 相对应的槽 (80) 中水平的槽 (81), 同 时清除掉垂直实木嵌块(52)在对应的水平的槽(81)的两条水平边线之间的 部分,嵌入所有实木嵌块(50)中水平实木嵌块(51),清除水平实木嵌块(51) 高出门芯板基板 (10) 表面的部分;
嵌入的水平实木嵌块(51)的两条边线两端超过对应的垂直实木嵌块 (52), 形成与垂直实木嵌块 (52) 完整的水平直线拼缝 (53)。
