现有技术的家具结构一般是利用木质板材或以人造板 (中密度 纤维板和刨花板等)作为家具基材。 前者由于需要消耗大量木材, 而 木材资源在我国十分紧缺, 所以极大制约了家具业的发展; 而后者 是以综合利用木材资源为目的, 但由于生产过程中使用较多的粘合 胶, 甲醛释放较多, 其环保性能低, 严重地影响了住户的身体健康, 另外, 用人造板作为家具基材还要经过表面装饰和封条处理制作。
目前在中国, 竹资源是非常丰富的, 在现有技术中, 用竹集成 材制作家具通常使用两种结构: 第一种, 是以人造板即中密度纤维 板或刨花板为基材,在该基材上贴上 0.3〜0.6mm厚竹皮并用竹皮封 边条封边制作而成, 其具体结构如图 1、 图 2所示., 该种结构的竹材 家具具体制作过程是: 首先, 把竹皮 10单面涂胶贴到人造板 20的 上下面, 然后用热压机加压, 待粘合胶固化后取出, 再用封边机将 竹皮封边条 30贴到人造板 20的周边, 加工成家具部件面板 40, 该 面板 40再与支架 50 (可以是铁架或其它材料的支架)连接即加工成 成品家具。 该种家具面板 40受潮易变形, 甚至表面会鼓泡, 而且封 边条易开胶脱落, 使用寿命短, 不耐用, 实用性不强。 第二种, 用 竹条异纹平压板或者用同紋工字平压板的竹集成材作为家具的面 板,具体结构如图 3所示,用竹条异纹平压板的竹集成材做面板 40, 该面板 40与支架 50连接加工成成品家具; 如图 4所示的同纹工字 平压板竹集成材做面板 40, 由面板与支架 50连接加工成成品家具。 第二种结构不仅耗材多而且露出的竹板端头影响了产品的整体外 观; 另外, 面板 40抗变形能力较弱, 受潮后也会产生不同程度的翘 曲变形, 故实用性一般。
发明目的
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种外形美观、 结 构新颖, 不会发生翘曲变形, 实用性好的竹集成材家具。
本发明所采用的技术方案
为了实现上述技术目的, 本发明按以下技术方案实现: 一种竹 集成材家具, 包括面幅及支架, 所述面幅包括框架、 设在框架上的 面板以及包覆框架的外围框架,所述框架由边框对应拼合围接而成; 所述面板对应框架构筑的平面且其延伸出接口; 所述外围框架为由 封板对应拼合围接而成, 所述封板的上端面与接口匹配。
所述面板的截面为 " W型结构, 所述接口为部分斜面结构, 且其上部的斜面为 45度斜面,所述封板的上端面与其匹配,也为 45 度斜面, 所述接口下部的直立面与各封板的内侧面对应。
所述面板的截面为 " 型结构, 所述接口为斜面且从与其对 应的边框的外侧边缘伸出。
所述围接成外围框架的封板的两侧面为斜面, 相邻斜面对应拼 接后不露出各封板的端面。

(2)本发明由于面幅采用框架结构及在边框组成框架的外周增设 一个外围框架, 大大地增加了面幅的强度及其抗弯曲变形能力, 有 效地预防了竹集成材制家具的翘曲变形, 使用寿命长, 实用性强;
(3)本发明的面幅采用框架结构, 其与现有的整幅都为厚板材作 为面板的家具相比, 耗材少, 能有效地节约产品的制造成本。 附图说明

本发明是以桌子作为成品家具为例进行详细的说明。
实施例一:
如图 5、 图 9、 图 10及图 11所示, 一种竹集成材家具, 包括面 幅 1及支架 2, 所述面幅 1包括框架 11、 设在框架 11上的面板 12 以及包覆框架 11的外围框架 13,所述框架 11由四条边框 111对应拼 合围接而成矩形框架, 具体是通过设在边框 111 上的榫 111a和槽 111b相互插接而成。 所述面板 12的平面为矩形结构, 该矩形结构的面板 12对应框 架 11构筑的平面且其延伸出接口 121, 如图 6、 图 7所示, 面板 12 的直立截面为 " y型结构, 即面板 12的截面为下端面为平的漏 斗状结构, 亦即其接口 121为部分斜面结构, 其中该接口 121的上 部斜面 1211为 45度斜面, 封板 131的上端面 1311与其对应, 也为 45度斜面;另外,接口 121下部的直立面 1212与封板 131的内侧面 对应, 而且封板 131的上端面 1311斜面与面板 12的侧面 121之间 是通过环保粘胶粘合而成的。
外围框架 13由四件封板 131对应拼合围接而成,且每件封板 131 的两侧面 1312均为 45度的斜面,其与相邻封板 131的侧面 1312斜 面对应围接形成外围框架 13,该外围框架 13的四件封板 131相互连 接处都是通过环保粘胶粘合而成。
另外, 本发明中面板 12厚度范围大致是 10〜: I5mm, 封板 131 的厚度范围大致是 5〜8mm, 只需要使用较薄的封板 131就可以保证 面幅 1整体上不露出竹板的端头, 使面幅的整体感观性强, 外形新 颖美观;又由于面幅 1采用框架结构及在框架 11的外周增设一个外 围框架 13, 大大地增加了面幅 1的强度及抗弯曲变形能力, 有效地 预防了竹集成材家具的翘曲变形, 使用寿命长; 而且, 本发明由于 使用框架结构的面幅, 其面板及封板均只需较薄的板材制成, 与现 有的整幅全部为厚板材制成的面板相比, 其耗材少, 有效地降低产 品成本。
实施例二: 本实施例与实施例一结构基本相同, 其不同之处在于: 如图 8、 图 9所示, 所述面板 12的直立截面为 型结构, 即面板 12的 截面为等梯形机构, 亦即其侧面 121整面均为斜面结构, 该斜面的 底部从与其对应的边框 i ll的外侧边缘伸出, 且该侧面 121斜面与 封板 131的上端面 1311斜面对应结合, 形成平直的直角面, 即可将 面板 12的侧面 121斜面和封板 131上端面 1311斜面的竹板端头遮 盖住, 使其从外观上看不到竹板的端头。
本发明家具的面幅并不局限于矩形结构形式, 其它结构例如: 等多边形结构、 圆形结构或者椭圆形结构, 其中面板 12为等多边形 或圆形或椭圆形的平面结构, 与之对应的外围框架 13及框架 11构 筑的平面也均为等多边形或圆形或椭圆形的平面结构。 而对于等多 边形结构的面幅, 其组成外围框架的封板的两侧面斜面角度需要满 足以下公式, 即: α=90-180/η(η为大于等于 3的自然数), 这样就可 以保证相邻的封板之间按上述角度的斜面互相配合后, 均不会露出 封板的侧面端头; 另外, 封板的上端面斜面与面板的侧面配合后不 露出二者的竹板端头, 从而可以达到家具整体外形美观的目的。 以 上各种结构的变形均属于本发明的保护范围之列。

8.根据权利要求 5所述的竹集成材家具, 其特征在于: 所述面 板 (12)为等多边形或圆形或椭圆形的平面结构, 与之对应的外围框 架(13)及框架(11)构筑的平面也均为等多边形或圆形或椭圆形的平 面结构。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的竹集成材,其特征在于:所述面板 (12) 与框架(11)及面板 (12)与封板 (131)间均是通过环保粘胶粘合而成。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的竹集成材家具, 其特征在于: 所述面 板(12)的厚度范围是 10〜15mm, 所述封板(131)的厚度范围是 5〜 8mm
