Abstract

  汎用樹脂に比べて環境負荷の少ないポリ乳酸系樹脂を主原料として使用しながらも、耐熱性と透明性とを両立させたポリ乳酸系透明耐熱成形体、およびそのようなポリ乳酸系透明耐熱成形体を再現性良く安定して製造可能な、生産性および経済性に優れる製造方法を提供すること。   結晶性ポリ乳酸（Ａ）９５～５５重量部、ならびに、ポリヒドロキシカルボン酸（Ｘ）、および、二価アルコール（Ｙ１）と二塩基酸（Ｙ２）とから誘導されるポリエステル（Ｙ）を含むポリヒドロキシカルボン酸系共重合体（Ｂ）５～４５重量部を含有するポリ乳酸系樹脂シートを、加熱して軟化させた後、８０～１３０°Cの金型温度で５秒以上、金型内で保持して除冷しながら成形体を作製する。
