Abstract

　作業者の頭部に固定されて少なくとも作業者の鼻及び口の領域を包囲し、当該作業者の呼気を捕集し得るカバーユニット１が備えられる。カバーユニットは排気口及び給気口を有する。作業者に装着され、水分を含んだ空気を取り込み、当該空気中の水分を吸着材に吸着し、乾燥空気を排出する吸着過程と、乾燥空気を取り込み、吸着材に吸着した水分を当該乾燥空気中に蒸発させ、水分を含んだ空気を排出する再生過程の２つの過程を同時に行う水分リサイクルユニット２と、カバーユニットの排気口及び水分リサイクルユニットを接続する排気用ホース３と、カバーユニットの給気口及び水分リサイクルユニットを接続する給気用ホース４が備えられる。カバーユニット１からの排気が水分リサイクルユニットを経て乾燥空気としてドライルーム内に排出され、ドライルーム内の乾燥空気が水分リサイクルユニットを経て水分含有空気としてカバーユニット内に供給される。
