Abstract
【課題】第2電極を形成済みの光電変換層にアニール処理を施しても光電変換効率をさらに高めることができること。 【解決手段】第1電極3上に、溶媒に含めたP型材料及びN型材料を用いて光電変換層5を形成し、この光電変換層5に溶媒を残した状態で、この光電変換層5上に、上記光電変換層5の残留溶媒を抜き取るための溶媒抜き取り部7a,7bを設けた第2電極7を形成する。そして第1電極3及び第2電極7によって挟み込まれた光電変換層5に対してアニール処理を施す。
