Abstract

고분자 전해질층을 이용한 적층형 유기태양전지와 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 적층형 유기태양전지는 차례로 위치하는 제1 전극, 제1 유기 광활성층, 재결합층, 제2 유기 광활성층, 및 제2 전극을 구비한다. 상기 재결합층은 n형 반도체 물질층과 공액 고분자 전해질층(conjugated polyelectrolyte layer)을 구비한다.
