Abstract

反応容器プレートの外部からの異物の進入や、外部への環境汚染を防ぐ。 反応容器プレート1は、封止された反応容器5と、反応容器5に接続された反応容器流路15と、反応容器5とは別途設けられ封止された封止容器17と、封止容器17に接続された封止容器流路17aと、液体を送液するためのシリンジ33と、シリンジ33を導入流路15又は封止容器流路17aに接続するための切替えバルブ47と、一端が封止容器17に連通して設けられた封止容器エアー抜き流路17bを備えている。切替えバルブ47によりシリンジ33と封止容器17を接続し、シリンジ33により封止容器17に液体を注入する際、及び封止容器17内の液体を吸引する際、封止容器17内の気体は封止容器17と封止容器エアー抜き流路17bの間で流通する。
