Abstract

L'invention porte sur une graisse pour un palier haute vitesse et sur un palier de roulement pour haute vitesse qui permettent de faire face de façon satisfaisante à une rotation haute vitesse de valeur dmN de 170x104 ou plus et permettent de rendre compact l'outil de machine et de diminuer les coûts de fonctionnement. La graisse est une graisse comprenant un mélange de graisse d'urée contenant un composé urée en tant qu'épaississant et une graisse non urée ne contenant pas le composé urée, le composé urée étant un composé obtenu par réaction entre un composant polyisocyanate et un composant monoamine, le composant monoamine contenant 50% en moles ou plus d'au moins une monoamine choisie parmi les monoamines aliphatiques et les monoamines alicycliques sur la base de toutes les monoamines. Un palier de roulement pour haute vitesse (1) est un palier de roulement comprenant une bague interne (2), une bague externe (3), plusieurs éléments de roulement (4) interposés entre la bague interne (2) et la bague externe (3) et un élément d'étanchéité (6), la graisse ci-dessus (8) est introduite hermétiquement autour des éléments de roulement (4).
