Abstract

 フラビン化合物を補酵素として必要とするグルコース脱水素酵素を用いて、ポテンショメトリーによる電位測定を行うことを特徴とする溶液中のグルコースの定量方法であり、糸状菌由来で、特にアスペルギルス・オリゼ(Aspergillus oryzae)、または、アスペルギルス・テレウス(Aspergillus terreus)由来のグルコース脱水素酵素を用いて定量する事が好ましい。
