Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément optique pour fabriquer un grand nombre d'éléments optiques ayant des caractéristiques uniformes, et un élément optique. Etant donné qu'un élément de joint étanche (30) est pris en sandwich entre une matrice supérieure (10) et une matrice inférieure (20), une résine ne fuit pas à l'extérieur de la surface de séparation entre la matrice supérieure (10) et la matrice inférieure (20), même lorsque la viscosité de la résine thermodurcissable appliquée est faible. La résine thermodurcissable appliquée durcit lorsqu'elle est amenée en contact avec une cavité supérieure chauffée (11) et une cavité inférieure (21), et un élément circulaire (CY) (Figure 2) comprenant des éléments optiques (OE) disposés dans une matrice est formé.
