Abstract

 充電電流供給部35による充電電流Icの供給量を、二次電池141,142,143の負極電位が実質的に0Vになった状態で二次電池141,142,143を実質的に劣化させることなく流すことのできる充電電流の電流値として予め設定された基準電流Ieを超える電流値I1に設定する初期電流設定処理の実行後、電圧検出回路15により検出される端子電圧Vtが、二次電池141,142,143の負極電位が実質的に0Vになるときの組電池14の端子電圧である終止電圧Vfに達するまで、電圧検出回路15により検出される端子電圧Vtが増大するほど電流値が減少するように充電電流を変化させるようにした。
