Abstract

　滲みやカット誤差による良品率の悪化を抑制し、周波数特性のばらつきを小さくした小型のマイクロストリップラインフィルタの提供を図る。マイクロストリップラインフィルタの主面線路（６Ａ～６Ｄ）は誘電体基板（１）の表主面に形成される。側面線路（５Ａ～５Ｄ，９Ａ～９Ｄ）は側面に形成される。接地電極（４）と入出力電極（２Ａ，２Ｂ）とは裏主面に形成される。接地電極（４）に、裏主面（１Ａ）の端辺に設けた複数の電極延長部（４Ａ～４Ｆ）を形成し、電極延長部（４Ａ～４Ｆ）、入出力電極（２Ａ，２Ｂ）それぞれの間は、電極非形成部（３Ａ～３Ｆ）により離間する。裏主面（１Ａ）の外周を、電極延長部（４Ａ～４Ｆ）と電極非形成部（３Ａ～３Ｆ）と入出力電極（２Ａ，２Ｂ）とにより囲み、主面線路（６Ａ～６Ｄ）を側面線路（５Ａ～５Ｄ）を介して電極延長部（４Ａ～４Ｆ）に導通させる。
