Abstract
X軸方向のモーション検出を行う場合には、電極(12a,12d)を駆動電極とし、電極(12b,12c)を検出電極とする。切替回路(314)は、駆動回路(311)が電極(12a,12b)と電気的に接続するように切り替え、検出回路(A312)が電極(12b)と電気的に接続するように切り替え、検出回路(B313)が電極(12c)と電気的に接続するように切り替える。このように接続されたモーション検出回路においては、駆動回路(311)で駆動電極(12a,12d)を駆動させ、そのとき検出回路(A,B312,313)で検出された静電容量の差分により被検出体のX軸方向の位置を求める。
