Abstract

본 발명은 멀티 터치 패널용 정전용량 감지회로에 관한 것으로, x축 전극과 y축 전극으로 구성되는 터치패널과, 상기 x축 전극으로 송신신호를 시분할적으로 일정한 주기를 갖는 송신신호를 인가하는 송신회로부와, 사용자의 인체 접촉이 발생하면 상기 x축 전극과 y축 전극 사이에 발생되는 정전용량 성분의 차이를 y축 전극으로부터 검출하기 위한 수신회로부로 구성되는 멀티 터치 패널용 감지회로에 있어서, 상기 수신회로부는, 전류미러(Current Mirror)기반의 전하 적분회로를 구성하고, 상기 송신회로부에서 인가되는 사각파 송신신호의 상승 주기와 하강 주기를 각각 적분하여 상기 터치패널의 x축 전극과 y축 전극 사이에 발생되는 정전용량 성분의 차이를 검출하여 터치 여부를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 적분 후 전압값을 정밀하게 유지할 수 있고, 노이즈에 강하며, 제조의 용이성과 저전력 소비특성을 가지는 장점이 있다.
