Abstract

　本発明は、長時間にわたって容易に経皮吸収製剤の拡散性（経皮吸収性）を測定することができる経皮吸収製剤の拡散測定装置を提供する。 　レセプター液貯蔵容器、レセプター液を充満するためのレセプター室が形成され、該レセプター室内に回転子が収納さている経皮吸収製剤の拡散測定セル、レセプター液供給装置、拡散測定セルを収納する恒温槽、恒温槽の下に設置され、回転子を回転させるための回転装置及び経皮吸収製剤からレセプター液に拡散した薬剤溶液を分取、貯蔵するレセプター液分取装置よりなり、上記レセプター液貯蔵容器、レセプター室、レセプター液供給装置及びレセプター液分取装置が輸液チューブより連通されており、上記恒温槽は、拡散測定セルを収納するための凹部又は貫通孔が形成されると共に温度調節装置が設置されている金属ブロックよりなることを特徴とする経皮吸収製剤の拡散測定装置。
