Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule de formage d'une semelle renfermant une couche intermédiaire (30) de matière difficilement déformable. Ledit moule comprend une matrice supérieure (40) et une matrice inférieure (50) coopérant avec la matrice supérieure (40). La matrice inférieure (50) présente un corps de matrice (41) constitué d'une matrice supérieure principale (42). La matrice inférieure (50) présente un corps de matrice (51) constitué d'une matrice inférieure principale (52). La matrice supérieure principale (42) présente une concavité (43) présentant la même forme que celle de la semelle. La circonférence de la matrice inférieure principale (52) présente une matrice latérale (53). Un bâti linéaire (54) plus élevé que la surface de la matrice inférieure principale (52) fait saillie et s'étend vers le haut à partir de la matrice latérale (53) afin de positionner la semelle rapidement. Après que la matrice supérieure (40) et que la matrice inférieure (50) ont été pressées, le bâti linéaire (54) de la matrice inférieure principale (52) coopère avec la concavité (53) de la matrice supérieure principale (42) et entre les deux demeure un espace de retenue destiné à retenir la couche intermédiaire (30) de matière difficilement déformable. La matrice latérale (53) de la matrice inférieure (50) coopère avec la circonférence de la concavité (43) de la matrice supérieure principale (40) afin de presser la matière facilement déformable de la semelle.
