Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de création d'informations qui collecte les informations à partir de véhicules circulant en utilisant un système de communication, et crée des informations prédéterminées à partir des informations collectées. Lorsque le système de création d'informations collecte des informations relatives à des encombrements à partir des véhicules circulant, et crée des informations de trafic routier, le système estime un parcours pour les véhicules qui sont les sources de transmission, à partir de points de passage au niveau desquels les informations concernant les encombrements sont téléchargées et de points de passages au niveau desquels les demandes d'informations de trafic sont téléchargées. Le système identifie ensuite parmi les segments du parcours estimé, un segment autre que le segment du parcours dans lequel un encombrement est signalé, correspondant à une route libre.
