Abstract

 本発明は、選択結合性物質がその表面に固定された基板と、該基板と接着されたカバー部材とを備え、該基板と該カバー部材との間に空隙を有し、該空隙に微粒子が移動可能に格納又は注入された分析用チップであって、該微粒子表面が界面活性剤でコーティングされた分析用チップである。本発明により、被検物質と固定化された選択結合性物質との選択的な反応を阻害する気泡の発生を抑えてデータのばらつき、感度低下を抑え、測定の再現性を高めることができる。
