Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein verbessertes Verfahren zur Reinigung von Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft, welcher durch Extraktion von Zuckerrüben erhalten wird, sowie Vorrichtungen zur Reinigung von Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiter Verfahren zur Herstellung von Saccharosesirup beziehungsweise Saccharose aus Zuckerrüben-Rohsaft. Verfahren zur Reinigung enthaltend die Schritte: a) Gewinnen des Rohsafts durch Extraktion von Zuckerrüben; b) erste Alkalisierung des Rohsafts; c) Erwärmen des alkalisierten Rohsafts; d) Vorkalkung des alkalisierten Rohsafts durch eine zweite Alkalisierung.
