Abstract

 金属材料への光ビームの照射による三次元形状造形物の製造方法において、金属材料を高密度で供給し、三次元形状造形物を高密度・高強度にする。三次元形状造形物の製造方法は、金属線により形成された金網(2)と、金属粉末により形成された粉末層(3)に光ビーム(L)を照射して、凝固層又は溶解層を形成する照射工程と、照射工程を金網に対して繰り返すことにより三次元形状造形物を製造する積層工程とを備える。金属材料として金網(2)と金属粉末とを複合して供給しているので、金属粉末のみの場合と比較して高密度で供給でき、三次元形状造形物を寸法精度が良く、かつ、高密度・高強度に製造することができる。
