Definitions

  • the invention relates to a portable massage cushion assembly, comprising a first massage cushion device provided with a first massage face for making contact with a first portion of a person, a second massage cushion device provided with a second massage face for making contact with a second portion of the person, and an interconnection structure between the first massage cushion device and the second massage cushion device.
  • Portable massage cushion assemblies and are generally known. Such assemblies can be used on a chair, a seat or the like. They provide vibration or excitation sources to generate forces on parts or portions of the human body, such as the back and the shoulders. These forces can be of e.g. rubbing, kneading or tapping nature to aid circulation of blood, relaxation of muscles and the like.
  • this object is realized by applying an adjustable interconnection structure for positioning the first massage face and the second massage face at a predetermined position with respect to each other.

  • Body proportions may vary considerably between individuals and by virtue of the adjustable interconnection the assembly is customizable to differing proportions of several individuals.
