Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Oberflächenverdichtung eines Sinterteils (2), bei dem ein Sinterteil (2) in einem Matrizenwerkzeug (1) entlang einer Achse (3) in einer Pressrichtung (20) durch mehrere Matrizenabschnitte (7, 8, 9) von einem ersten Matrizenabschnitt (7) an einer ersten Matrizenöffnung (6) in einen letzten Matrizenabschnitt (9) bewegt wird, wobei eine Wandfläche (16) jedes Matrizenabschnittes (7, 8, 9) zumindest eine Pressfläche (18) bildet, gegen die eine von einer Außenfläche (12) des Sinterteiles (2) gebildete Kontaktfläche (17) gedrückt wird, und eine, in einem Querschnitt bezüglich der Achse (3) liegende, von der Pressfläche (18) definierte Innenkontur (25) zumindest annähernd einer von der Kontaktfläche (17) definierten Außenkontur (26) entspricht. Bei der Bewegung des Sinterteils (2) erfolgt von der ersten Matrizenöffnung (6) in den letzten Matrizenabschnitt (9) die Oberflächenverdichtung durch stetig ineinander übergehende Matrizenabschnitte (7, 8, 9) und monoton abnehmende, zwischen zusammenwirkenden Pressflächen (18) gemessene Innendurchmesser (19) der Matrizenabschnitte (7, 8, 9).
