Abstract

Die Solarzelle weist mindestens eine auf einem metallischen Träger angeordnete Halbleiterschicht auf und ist mit einer Mehrzahl von auf der Halbleiterschicht angeordneten Kontaktbahnen versehen. Ein seitlicher Überstand mindestens einer Kontaktbahn ist auf eine Rückseite des Trägers umgebogen und gegenüber dem Träger elektrisch isoliert angeordnet. Nebeneinander angeordnete Solarzellen werden vorzugsweise von Leiterbahnen miteinander verbunden, die eine perforierte Ausbildung aufweisen, um lokale Kontaktierungen durch ein Durchlöten zu ermöglichen.
