Abstract

L ' invention concerne une planche de bord qui comprend un support rigide (10) qui comporte un corps délimitant une ouverture (16) de passage d'un sac gonflable et un volet qui peut pivoter par rapport au support rigide et est destiné à fermer l'ouverture (16), une peau, et, entre la peau et le support rigide (10), une couche de mousse de matière plas- tique, le support rigide (10) ayant un élément d'amincisse- ment localisé de mousse (30), disposé du côté tourné vers la peau. L'élément d'amincissement localisé (30) comporte des passages (32) de direction sensiblement parallèle au support rigide et à la peau, formés entre plusieurs nervures paral- lèles (30) se terminant à un bord au moins de l'ouverture (16) de passage de sac gonflable. Application aux habitacles des véhicules automobiles.
