Abstract
The invention relates to feeding agricultural animals, in particular great and small cattle, birds, pigs, rabbits and marmots, and can be used in the compound feed industry, for poultry farming, sheep breading or directly at a farm. The aim of said invention is to deliver ecologically pure mixed feed which exhibits a high nutritional value and assimilability, makes it possible to reduce feed consumption in production by totally substituting not readily available and expensive feedstuffs and by extending raw material resources by using a novel food means. After a specified experimental time (49 days for ducklings, 90 days for lambs and 42 days for chickens, etc.), the use of the inventive feedstuffs made it possible to obtain sufficiently weighty carcasses, which are characterised by good taste and culinary properties, are devoid of foreign odours and off-flavors and the quality of which relating to said properties is not lower than the quality of carcasses fattened by another feedstuffs. The use of tobacco cake makes it possible to reduce by 30 % feed consumption in production and to obtain high average daily increase in live weight.
Description
Compound feed for farm animals and birds
The invention relates to the feeding of farm animals, in particular, both cattle and small cattle, birds and pigs, rabbits and groundhogs, and can be used in the preparation of feed in the feed industry, poultry farming, sheep breeding or directly in the farm.
Known animal feed; containing (in wt.%): corn
- 25, ячмень - 25, горох- 12, отруби пшеничные - 15, шрот подсолнечный - 8, рыбную муку - 2, мясокостную муку - 3, дрожжи кормовые -3, травяную мyкy-5, мел - 1,5, соль - 0,5 (RU 2063145).- 25, barley - 25, peas - 12, wheat bran - 15, sunflower meal - 8, fish meal - 2, meat and bone meal - 3, yeast feed -3, grass muky-5, chalk - 1.5, salt - 0 5 (RU 2063145).
The disadvantage of this compound feed is the low content of the coarse, fiber-rich component of the feed necessary for feeding herbivorous animals. ''
27).Compound feed for rabbits is also known containing (in wt.%): Grass flour - 20-30, straw flour - 10-20, oats (wheat) ground 14-16, barley - 14-16, wheat bran - 9, cake, meal sunflower, soybean) - 14-18, fish meal (meat meal) - 2, hydrolysis yeast -1, bone meal - 0.5%, common salt -0.5, premix -1 (Kalugin Yu.A., Feeding rabbits M .: Agropromizdat, 1985, pp. 71-77, tab. 27).
The disadvantage of this feed is a complex, component composition, a high content of straw flour, which, being a roughage, negatively affects the digestibility of the feed. Straw flour has an increased fungal and bacterial contamination, which also negatively affects the sanitary and hygienic condition of the feed, its environmental cleanliness. The introduction of wheat and barley separately into the feed composition adversely affects the body of farm animals and birds, rabbits and marmots, sheep and pigs.
The closest is the well-known compound feed based on granular and crushed to a grain mixture containing, wt.%: Grass flour -4, grain mixture of wheat - 30 with corn - 25.3, sunflower meal -13, fish meal -5, yeast - 3 , bone meal - 0.6, chalk -3, shell, limestone - 4.7, salt - 0.4, premix-1 or protein-vitamin-mineral supplement (SU 1674769). A method of obtaining a known compound feed composition includes granulating the feed mixture, cooling, grinding and fractioning the crushed feed into coarse, medium and fine fractions, followed by withdrawal of the grains as a finished product.
The main disadvantage of this compound feed is that the main sources of protein in this composition are fish, meat and bone, grass meal, which are scarce and expensive ingredients.
The objective of the invention is the creation of environmentally friendly feed with high nutrition and digestibility, helping to reduce the cost of feed for production by completely replacing scarce and expensive feed and expanding the raw material base when using a new feed.
